Think what you may of some of the more esoteric intricacies of Biodynamic practices, the fact remains that they are responsible for many of the world’s most fantastically vibrant wines.
What with my colleague Malcolm Jolley informing me that he found Southbrook‘s most recent offerings to be his favourite yet, we felt now was the perfect moment to peer into what happens inside Southbrook’s mysterious Biodynamic preparation shed.
