Limited releases: single-vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Dolomites of Alto Adige
Cantina Bolzano traces its roots to two iconic and historic cooperatives in Alto Adige, which merged in 2001 to form this super co-op, and a gorgeous state-of-the-art winery (pictured above) that encapsulates all its great winemaking.

Kellerei Bozen, Alto Adige
Case configuration: 12 x 750ml

‘Kleinstein’ Chardonnay 2021 – $30.54
Partially fermented and rest on less stainless steel tanks, and partially saw barrel fermentation and malolactic conversion. Rich with concentrated fruit, a pleasant opulence and a well-balanced acidity.

‘Bachmann’ Pinot Nero 2019 – $41.67
Fermented in stainless steel tanks and spent six months in French barriques. The result is a perfect harmony of freshness, texture, and barrel nuances with layers of flavours that keep on giving. Deep-red cherry, berries, plum, cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Oh, so velvety!

Also recently returned to our inventory is our best selling Pinot Bianco 2021 ($23.13) from the same producer. An inspired aperitif and a superb choice for any wine list!
