My name is Jonathan Gushue and I’m the executive chef of Langdon Hall in Cambridge, Ontario. I’ve been working closely with GE Café to help develop a new online recipe tool called Chef Creations (http://GECafe.ca), and I’d like to invite you to become part of this exciting new venture.

Chef Creations was created to inspire food-lovers to try delicious recipes by local chefs and discover great independent restaurants. GE Café calls this new concept a “living cookbook” because when you share a recipe from your menu, it will encourage new customers to visit your restaurant.

There is no cost to post your recipe (and restaurant profile), and you will be in the company of like-minded chefs – including myself – who use fresh, local, sustainable ingredients whenever possible.

I am confident your participation will create interest and bring new customers to your dining establishment. Though the site is new, it’s already become a popular destination, recently attracting 50,000 unique visitors in one month.

To thank you for supporting the site, when you contribute a recipe, you’ll be entered into a contest to win a complete home kitchen package valued at $10,000.
