The other week we sat down for a glass of rosé with vigneron Stephen Cronk of Maison Mirabeau.

His excellent X Provencal rosé has just been released in the LCBO, so we cracked open a bottle and spoke about his family’s decision to up sticks from London for Provence and specialise in the production of a fantastic range of rosé wines.

We also speak about why we both feel that rosés should be enjoyed year round, and not just through the warmer months as so many think should be the case.

Keep an eye out for my very favourable reviews of the two bloody fantastic Mirabeau rosés currently available in the LCBO.

You can find Part 1 of our interview right here.
