I have to be quite honest here… my inherently inquisitive mind has always wondered just what goes on at one of these Penfolds “Recorking Clinics” I almost imagined it to be akin to some kind of secret Grange-loving cabal’s ritualistic get-together… which in a way it was I suppose, but oh so much more… At these sessions Penfolds offer a unique service to owners of their wines… and it is all free of charge.
