Prince Edward County chef Cynthia Peters’ new book, The Art of Herbs Cookbook is a collaboration with artist Susan Wallis and draws on the advice and wisdom of some of her other County neighbours like Jamie Kennedy and Vicky’s Veggies’ Vicky Emlaw. As cooking instructor, Peters takes a measured and friendly approach to cooking, using herbs to perk up and enhance everyday ingredients. I caught up with her to shoot the video below in Toronto, at All The Best Fine Foods, to talk to her about the book, cooking with herbs and her culinary school From The Farm.
