This week we, once again, sit down for our extended conversation with Alice Tétienne, cellar master at the renowned Champagne house of Maison Henriot.

In Part One we spoke about the history and philosophy of Maison Henriot, and in Part Two, we discussed her professional history in Champagne, the house’s relationship with their growers, and the 2012 Henriot Brut Rosé.

In this third and final segment, we talk about the importance of Vintage Champagne, her 2006 Henriot Cuvée Hemera, and her very favourite food pairings with her wines.

You can find parts One and Two here.

The 2012 Henriot Brut Rosé is currently available through LCBO Vintages on a Limited Time Offer of $124.25 (reduced from $152.95).

Also available in extremely limited quantities is the sublime 2006 Henriot Cuvée Hemera at $289.
