Erin Maynes recently left a successful corporate career with one of Canada’s biggest food service companies to help found FoodiePages.ca. Maynes now spends her time signing-up small scale artisan producers across the country like Acadian Sturgeon and Caviar Inc. from New Brunswick, Gourmet Sauvage from Quebec and The Vancouver Island Salt Co. She’s also recruiting Canadian chefs with a commitment to craft producers, like Toronto’s Jamie Kennedy, to curate ‘foodie boxes’ of specifically chosen ingredients.
