Didier Seguier was in Toronto recently to lead a structured tasting of Chablis, where he is Director of the famous house of  William Fèvre. I asked him about the importance of terroir and what makes Fèvre interesting.

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and Chablis has to be one of his very favourite wine styles.
