Speaking with Podere San Cristoforo’s Winemaker Lorenzo Zonin about his life during COVID-19 (and spraying his vines with bacteria instead of copper).

This time around we talk about his three month COVID-19 lockdown in Barcelona, his long distance blending, the current situation in Maremma, and his hopes for his first sprayings with cultivated bacterium in and effort to move away from spraying with copper, in keeping with his biodynamic philosophies.
