Le Sommelier presents new releases and a mixed case from a legend of Burgundy…

Born into a family of growers and winemakers, Pascal Clément had more than 20 vintages of working experience in Bourgogne before he started his own project in 2012. Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, where he owns a half hectare organic vineyard, he farms 10 hectares across 29 appellations in Bourgogne for his wines. 80% of his production is white wine, a passion honed by his years of winemaking at Domaine Coche-Dury, amongst others. He farms with no chemicals, does native ferment in barrel, employs MLF, and never uses battonage in his wines.

We are proud to offer Ontario a selection of nine of Pascal’s coveted white wines, highlighting the previous few vintages in Bourgogne, and ranging from his exceptional value Bourgogne Blanc 2019 through to a selection of 2017 Premier Crus.

In addition, we are thrilled to offer an exclusive Pascal Clément Mixed Case six pack, so you can enjoy tasting through six different wines across his portfolio.

Quantities for all the wines are limited, and we expect them to sell out quickly.

Most of our producers are small, independently owned and operated businesses, like ours. You can view our complete portfolio here. Thank you for letting us share these producers and wines with you.
