Restaurateur Ed Ho and chef Dan Sanders are shaking things up next Wednesday at earth Rosedale next Wednesday. They’ve invited chef Doug McNish into the kitchen to collaborate on an all raw, all vegan and all gluten-free multi-course dinner, accompanied by the wines of Niagara’s Malivoire. That means no heat, no animal parts or products of any kind and no wheat. But, promises the two chefs, it won’t mean no fun. McNish promises a gastronomic experience, and downplays any health aspect for the evening’s festivities.
