Chef Tyler Shedden is set to welcome chef Carl Heinrich of Richmond Station at Café Boulud for a special dinner on Tuesday, June 17th at 7pm, as part of the Guest Chef CB Dinner Series.
Shedden and Heinrich will draw on their West Coast roots to serve forth a four course tasting menu composed or and inspired by the ingredients of Vancouver Island. Each course will be expertly paired with wines selected by Café Boulud Wine Director Drew Walker.
