Southbrook Vineyards turns 25! Yes, 2016 marks Southbrook Vineyards’ 25th Harvest and to commemorate the occasion they have teamed up with the Ontario Wine Society to celebrate in Toronto on Saturday, October 22nd!

The festivities begin at 3pm to 6pm at Dora Keogh with a portfolio tasting featuring samples from Southbrook’s past and present. Highlights will include the 1991 Southbrook Chardonnay, 1994 Southbrook Riesling and a favourite of many, the 1998 Southbrook Poetica Cabernet Merlot.  Current vintages will be available for purchase after the tasting.  A complete listing of wines is below.  Tickets for this one-of-a-kind tasting are on sale now at $30 for Ontario Wine Society Members and $40 for the General Public.  Tickets can be purchased here.  For more information regarding the Ontario Wine Society, including information on becoming a member, visit their website here.

The celebrations continue next door at 6pm at Allen’s as The Redelmeier Family invites you to wine and dine with them for a locally sourced and prepared six-course dinner with wine pairings. Tickets for the evening are $80 plus taxes must be reserved directly through Allen’s at 416-463-3086.  A complete look at the menu and wine pairings is below.
