Writer and Riesling enthusiast Stuart Pigott speaks with Good Food Revolution at Toronto’s Grano restaurant.

Just the other week nattily-dressed wine writer Stuart Pigott was in town to promote his new book Best White Wine In On Earth : The Riesling Story.

This rather charming and witty Englishman now resides in both Berlin and New York City, but spends most of his year travelling around the globe preaching sermons with an aim to spread the good word of Riesling far and wide.

Just before a special dinner at Toronto’s Grano restaurant, we sat down with Stuart to discuss his passion for his favoured varietal.
