Last week, we connected with Burgundy négociant/vigneron Christophe Rochet of Doudet-Roudin via the wonders of Zoom.

In Part Two of this two-parter, we speak about his expansion into making Vin de France in a Burgundian style with fruit from Languedoc, and taste through his VdF Pinot Noir.

Christophe’s Pinot Noir Vin de France is currently in the LCBO for a very reasonable $18, and is a delightfully fresh style of Pinot that would pair extremely well with unexpected guests this holiday season.
