As I have mentioned a couple of weeks previously, the Prosecco wines of the small Cartizze sub-region have the potential to be very special indeed. After a week tasting many examples of these wines, I discovered that one of my very favourites was that of the house of Villa Sandi.
After a lovely dinner at their restaurant I managed to grab a few moments with the young Winemaker responsible for this particular wine, Stefano Gava.
