A month or so ago I had the opportunity to sit down and taste with Giulia Bernini from the historied Tuscan house of Bindi Sergardi.

I found it most interesting to hear the story of the house’s evolution when it comes to wine style, and the fact that they currently feel that following tradition is the best path for their wines to follow… and thank goodness to that.
