Niagara on the Lake Wine Country, Ontario, Canada

As more and more people gear up to visit Wine Country and look for culinary experiences, we are frequently asked-

What’s cooking at the wineries this year? The answer is simple—-lots!!

Estate Chef David Penny moves into his third season heading up the Culinary Team at Inniskillin and Jackson Triggs. Chef Penny continues to carve out a strong presence with our guests, the media and within the Hospitality industry. He was recently selected for the prestigious Thirty Under Thirty Award from the Ontario Hostelry Institute.

This year’s culinary experiences continue to profile his signature style of “fresh and flavourful” with local ingredients, some coming directly from the Jackson Triggs Market Garden and Inniskillin Farm Garden.   Our food offerings allow for great food sampling while tasting wines throughout wine country.

The warm weather has finally arrived and with that brings this year’s features.
