Just the other week Good Food Revolution took a little field trip down to Niagara-On-The-Lake to catch up with Hillebrand‘s Head Winemaker Craig McDonald. Craig had a little surprise in store for us with his Hillebrand Showcase Wild Ferment Sauvignon Blanc, a wine vastly different from anything that we have seen from the Hillebrand stable previously.
