Languedoc native Msr. Baptiste Koch of Château Haut-Blanville pairs a roster of his wines with some local regional cuisine.

It was indeed a pleasure to taste once again with Château Haut-Blanville‘s Baptiste Koch. During our most recent tasting he spoke of a number of Languedoc dishes that he felt would work well with his wines, and my mouth began watering as I reminisced about some of the excellent food I have enjoyed down in the southwest of France.

With this in mind, I thought it may make for an entertaining segment to have Baptiste tell us about local dishes, many regularly cooked by his Mother, that he felt would accompany his wines. The result was a gastronomic match-up made in heaven!
