As you may have noticed over the years, Good Food Revolution is rather fond of some of the wines of Abruzzo.
With this in mind we were most happy to sit down and taste with Cantina Zaccagnini‘s Erica Ciccone, a winery responsible for the biggest selling imported red wine in the United States… something that came as quite a surprise to us actually.
As well as showing us a range of delightful wines, Erica also introduced us to a whole new type of closure… have we witnessed the future of the cork?
