Evelyn Wu Morris and Wayne Morris eagerly await the completion of construction of their new spot on Ossington.

What with it feeling as if another new cookie-cutter independent restaurant is opening every three and a half hours these days, it really is damn refreshing to see a young entrepreneurial couple like Wayne and Evelyn Wu Morris, both very much enthused and up ready to bat for a dining concept that is both original and, I’ll admit, wholly intriguing.
