Good Food Revolution highly recommend this wine event, featuring two of our Good Food Fighters, Norman Hardie and Charles Baker.

The first ever Cafe Taste Ontario Vinifera Showdown – Riesling vs. Chardonnay.

Join guest speakers Norman Hardie, Bill Redelmeier, Charles Baker and Chris Waters as they debate the virtues of which grape deserves the title of Ontario’s darling white.

Taste through Wine Geek Jeremy Day’s personal picks of Ontario’s best of both, and cast your ballot for which grape reigns supreme!

These wines will be chosen based upon being hallmarks of Ontario’s signature nuances as well as production values that allow them to be considered world-class.

Food pairings will be available to accompany each wine.

The event Saturday August 6th, from 1-4pm. The cost is $60 in advance (all prices include tax). Space is very limited for this premium event.

Guest Speakers confirmed include:

Norman Hardie, Norman Hardie Wines, Charles Baker, Charles Baker Wines, Bill Redelmeier, Southbrook Vineyards, Christopher Waters, Vines Magazine
