Malcolm Jolley catches-up with Zane Caplansky…

It’s been more than a year since a dispute with his landlord ended with Zane Caplansky shuttering his iconic College Street deli. But while Caplansky may have been down, he certainly hasn’t been out. With a marriage, a move to Tofino BC, two franchise restaurants remaining at Pearson Airport, a burgeoning media career and a new business focus on his line of all natural craft mustard, Zane Caplansky has been busy and excited for a new phase in his life. I caught up with him this week to shoot the video below and find out how it’s all unfolded.
