This week, we sit down with famed minimal intervention enthusiast Tom Shobbrook.

Tom’s “natural” wines have a serious cult following, and so I was most curious to discover where he found his inspiration. As it transpires, he’s not quite as dogmatic as many of his peers, seeing the whole winemaking process as a constant learning process, vintage after vintage.

He was a real delight to interview.
