Last week we were lucky enough to break bread with Winemaker Orlando Pecchenino from Casa Pecchenino, Dogliani, Piemont, Italy.

Orlando has been making wine in Piedmont since 1986 and has a true passion for the much maligned Dolcetto varietal.

GFR’s Jamie Drummond sat down with Orlando in the backroom of Toronto’s Buca restaurant for a blether about his exceptional wines.
