Join us as Chef Jamie Kennedy welcomes Vicki Samaras & Jonas Newman from Prince Edward County’s Hinterland Wine Company, a unique treasure that focuses all its production on sparkling wine; they’re the only winery in Canada that does so! Five different varieties of Hinterland sparkling will inspire a locally sourced, early winter menu. It promises to be a memorable gastronomic experience and it’s a great kick-off to the festive season to boot. Part of our ongoing Local Food Movement series, this is a communal dining experience where Chef Kennedy welcomes local artisans, producers, and winemakers to join us to share their stories.
