Boston’s Chef Jamie Bisonnette chats with Beast’s Scott Vivian

Chef Bisonnette is certainly going places, being awarded Food and Wine Magazine’s Peoples’ Choice Award for Best New Chef in 2011 amongst may other accolades. Despite all of the serious media attention he remains humble and modest whilst being both passionate and highly entertaining, making him one of the best interview subjects ever.
