Noble Estates presents a Sonoma Cabernet from a South African legend.

KEN FORRESTER – SOUTH AFRICA IN SONOMA

Known as Mr. Chenin in his native South Africa, Ken Forrester’s wines have had a meteoric rise in the short 19 years since he and his wife Teresa started out. His wines have received massive international acclaim and have won many awards over the years.

In partnership with Sonoma based winemaker Jesse Katz, Ken has brought his winemaking skill and expertise to the Alexander Valley region of California and the result is the beautifully balanced “The Bridge.”

It is made up of 100% Californian Cabernet Sauvignon from a relatively cool site, showing elegance and power with concentration. It sees partial new French oak aging for 22 months and only 306 cases were produced! Here in Ontario, we were lucky enough to get a small allocation.

2013 Ken Forrester “The Bridge” Cabernet Sauvignon – $202.40/btl (Case of 6) – 93 points Wine Enthusiast

Concentrated waves of vanilla and deep black cherries with just a hint of almond. Has integrated tannins and oak but finishes bright.

Please call or email me directly to order some of Ken’s great expression of California Cabernet made with South African know how.

Salute!
