NV Champagne Fresne Ducret, Le Chemin du Chemin Premier Cru$58.95 *6 packs
35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Chardonnay. Base harvest 2012, 35% reserve wines from 2011. 100% Cuvée. Sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in Villedommange and Jouy-les Reims. Bottled in 2013 with a capsule. Aged a minimum of 48 months on the lees in underground cellars. 

NV Domaine Baud, Blanc de Blancs Brut, Crémant de Jura $24.95
100% Chardonnay, Traditional method. Sustainably farmed. Certified “Terra Vitis.” Fermented in stainless steel, aged 12 months before disgorgement.

NV Conti Riccati, Prosecco Brut DOC $17.95
100% Glera grown on volcanic tufo soils, 156 metres above sea level. Organic. Sustainably farmed. Fermentation starts in steel tanks, temperature controlled. The second fermentation is 100 days in autoclave.

NV Mas Codina, Brut Nature, Reserva Cava, Penedes DO $19.95
Hand-harvested from 20 to 30-year-old vines and estate bottled. Farming is 100% Organic on the estate. Varietals include Macabeo, Xarel-lo, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 100% hand riddled.
