This week we caught up with a gentleman I feel makes some of the most exquisite sparkling wines in the world, none other than Señor Pepe Raventós.

From the comfort of his home and winery in Catalonia, Pepe joined us for a chat about all things vinous, and the impact of the ongoing pandemic upon his operations.
