The Ontario Table is officially a Canadian bestseller. Niagara food activist Lynn Ogryzlo’s cookbook is part love letter to the province’s farmers and part recipe guide through all of Ontario’s diverse food growing regions. I caught up with Ogryzlo at Savour Stratford, where she spoke and sold more than a few books, to find out about The Ontario Table and how farmers markets have been one of the secrets of its success in the video below.
