Day two began a little earlier and was slightly more intense than the previous leg of the tour. I personally feel that four wineries in one day is a good number, as it ensures that nobody is too tired by the end of the day, and my palate still feels reasonably fresh tasting that number of wines.

The skies were overcast at breakfast, and the weather got increasingly worse as the day went on. While the vignerons were very happy about all the precipitation, we were hoping for a little sunshine, especially me, as I had optimistically dressed in shorts and a short-sleeved shirt (purchased specially for this trip).
