I recently had the distinct pleasure of sitting down for a lesson in the myriad developments pertaining to the Austrian DAC classification system from the incredibly knowledgeable Barbara Koller of Kamptal’s famed Schloss Gobelsburg winery.
After a brief trip to Austria last week to understand a little more about the way in which this system is being implemented, I thought this week would be a fine time to publish this great little interview.
