Slow Food Toronto Chef Series Station Dinner: Tuesday, September 14, 7PM at The Cheese Boutique, 45 Ripley Avenue. A stationed, smart-casual affair where all guests will be able to interact with participating chefs: reds bistro’s Michael Steh, Crush Wine Bar’s Michael Wilson, C5 – ROM’s Ted Corrado, Le Select Bistro’s Albert Ponzo, Earth / Globe’s Kevin MacKenna and The Cheese Boutique’s Afrim Pristine with pairings by Niagara’s Stratus Winery.
