Eric Brass was a business student who decided to take an exchange one term. He ended up in Mexico with a couple of Australians, Nick Reid and James Sherry, and quickly developed a taste for premium tequila. Fast forward a few years and Tequila Tromba is the new darling drink in the Toronto and Melbourne bar scenes. In the video below, Brass explains why 100% agave tequila, like Tromba, is nothing like the stuff you did shots of in your ignorant youth and why every bottle of Tromba being sold in the LCBO this month comes with a handy booklet full of cocktail recipes from the likes of Dave Mitton, Matt La Rochelle and Brittany Maguire, to name just a few.
