Chair Arlene Stein has released the line-up for this year’s Terroir Symposium, May 11 at the Arcadian Court. Terroir’s theme this year is Pioneering Change. Speakers include Ruth Reichl, Gabrielle Hamilton and Big Gay Ice Cream founders Douglas Quint and Bryan Petroff among many, many others from around the world.
