Who are you?

Ideally you have:

-2-3 years experience Opening/Closing, Managing a Large Staff, Purchasing and Inventory Control, Scheduling,Understand Food & Labour costs ,Wine Sales & Projections, Training, Health & Safety , Whimis etc.

-You have a knowledge or passion for Italian wines & Southern Italian cuisine

-You are an Excellent communicator and understand the importance of sharing information and working with a team of Managers

-You are focused and pay attention to detail

-Troubleshooting & problem solving are welcome challenges

-You interact with all people professionally, respectfully & easily( i.e. staff, guests, suppliers ) because you have excellent people skills

-You are very organized & can multi-task

-You work well under pressure busy environments are ideal for you

-You contribute ideas with confidence to fellow Managers and are self-motivated

-You understand Steps to Service & Customer Service & their roles in day to day operations

-You can liason with kichen staff as easily as front of house staff

-You understand that the restaurant business is not a 9-5 job and that we are open 7 days a week
