Earlier this year I went through a lengthy tasting of the Therianthropy portfolio with winemaker David Eiberg. So much did I enjoy the wines that day that the subsequent video interview in the vineyard was less than stellar, hampered additionally by it being a rather windy day out in Creemore. Perhaps I was just out of the habit of doing in-person interviews, as a muff for the microphone is undoubtedly required in those situations.

Thankfully David was gracious enough to agree to a re-shoot over Zoom and so we had the opportunity to talk about his winemaking origin story, the inspiration behind the Therianthropy project, the fascinating labels, and a whole load of other interesting stuff.
