There’s Nothing Quite Like True Volcanic Soave

There a lot of really terrible Soave out there, and this is a great pity as it brings down the reputation of what can be a tremendous wine. Tessari‘s Soave Classicos are examples of just what can be done with the Garganega given the right treatment on the right (volcanic) soils.

On her recent visit to Toronto ,we took Cornelia Tessari up a back alley for a natter about her family’s winery, and just what the volcanic soils bring to her family’s wines.
