Turning Vegetables Using Wüsthof’s Classic Ikon Range With Jamie Kennedy

 

In association with Wüsthof Canada we present the third of an educational video series featuring a selection of Toronto Chefs showing us their knife skills using specific knives from the Wüsthof range in the home kitchen environment. 

In episode two we have Chef Jamie Kennedy showing us the lost art of turning vegetables using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon 8″ Chef’s Knife and the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Peeling Knife, undeniably the essential tool for such matters.
