It’s not often that I meet a Winemaker so enthused by his endeavours that he manages to fill an entire ten minutes of interview time without pausing for breath and giving me the opportunity to guide the conversation… and yet this is exactly what happened when I met Winemaker Felipe Müller last week, just before he headed out to Niagara for the 2016 i4C conference.

In no time at all I discovered that he was up to some pretty exciting, groundbreaking things up there in the Limarí Valley, and chose to bite my tongue and let the man speak…
