What with the incredibly strict COVID-19 lockdown in South Africa, there have been sudden near-catastrophic food shortages amongst the most vulnerable in society there.

Winemaker Bruce Jack, of Bruce Jack Wines, has pivoted the Headstart Trust to address these developing concerns with their Rural Relief program.

In this interview he speaks about this very worrying situation, how the South African government are managing the pandemic, and the ongoing issues with his dog chasing after porcupines chewing through the irrigation lines in his vineyards.
