Zoltan Szabo and Tony Aspler

One of the nation’s very top and most respected wine experts, Tony Aspler is many things: journalist, novelist, encyclopedist, broadcaster and philanthropist are some of the roles he occupies with distinction. The Member of the Order of Canada is also a mentor and friend to Zoltan Szabo, and while this edition of Zoltan’s Notes involves no wine tasting, it’s a quick portrait of a true Canadian Grand Cru.
