Dish Cooking Studio is seeking a new Executive Chef!

Must have the following:

– be generally awesome
– be beyond talented and hard working
– a great sense of humour
– have a minimum of 5 years cooking experience in restaurants and catering
– teaching experience
– experience and ease with menu and recipe development
– proven leadership experience: ability to motivate, train and inspire a team of incredible and talented cooks
– a love of good food that is sourced thoughtfully, maintaining great relationships with local producers

Will be doing the following:

– creative director of Dish Cooking Studio
– menu development of all corporate, catering, prepared foods and cafe menus
– lead teacher
– kitchen manager
– preparation and execution of all catered and in-house events
– all hiring, training and maintaining of kitchen team
– a valid driver’s license is mandatory
– cooking!

**please note that while the role is very demanding, Dish offers a mostly daytime schedule, with 4-6 night shifts per month. Closed all Holiday weekends and over the Christmas Holiday season.
