A couple of months back winemaker Craig McDonald took us on a deep-dive tasting of the iconic Trius Brut.
This week he takes us on a tasting tour of the limited release “Pinot 2”, a special Pinot Meunier-dominated sparkling, something he is extremely proud of, and rightfully so.
