This week Good Food Revolution sneak into the kitchen at Bar Centrale by Terroni for an exclusive session with the charming Chef Davide Della Bella.

Chef Davide shows us the magic behind his Torta Rustica, a favourite on Terroni Centrale’s Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch menu.

Although it is a simple dish, I’m not too sure that I would try it at home… especially that delicious pecorino-rolled and pan-fried poached egg.
