This week we sit down with the Winemaker behind a constant GFR best-buy selection, Mr. Daniel Castaño Muñoz of Spanish winery Bodegas Castaño.

Daniel is deadly serious about the lesser-known Monastrell varietal, and he believes that his region of Yecla is the very best place to make wines from it.
