Last week Good Food Revolution had an opportunity to chat with Starfish‘s Patrick McMurray, one of the busiest men in the bi-valve business. Patrick recently launched the Shucker Paddy oyster knife, a design that he has been working on for the best part of 15 years.
Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and he is now feeling a lot more confident about his next shucking session!
